Who is Eligible for NDIS Assist Access/ Maintain Employment?
To access these services, you must meet certain criteria, including:
- Disability Criteria: A permanent and significant disability that impacts your ability to work without support.
- Age Requirement: Be under the age of 65 at the time of your initial application.
- Australian Residency: Must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a Protected Special Category Visa.
- Functional Impairment: Your disability must result in a functional limitation that affects your participation in work-related activities.
