Our Assist Access/Maintain Employment service provides personalized support to help you prepare for, secure, and sustain meaningful employment.

Our Support Includes:

• Job Readiness Training: Enhancing skills such as communication, time management, and workplace etiquette.
• Career Exploration: Identifying suitable job opportunities aligned with your interests and strengths.
• On-the-Job Support: Providing assistance during the initial employment phase to ensure a smooth transition.
• Workplace Liaison: Collaborating with employers to facilitate reasonable adjustments and support.
• Ongoing Mentorship: Continuous support to address challenges and promote career progression.

These supports are funded under the NDIS category “Assistance to Access and Maintain Employment or Higher Education” and are designed to complement services provided by mainstream employment programs.

Eligibility:

This service is available to NDIS participants aged 15 and above with employment goals outlined in their NDIS plan.
